Chi siamo

Quali dati raccogliamo e perché
- Moduli di contatto, prenotazione e richiesta prodotti: nome, email, messaggio e, per le esperienze, data e numero di partecipanti. Li usiamo solo per risponderti e organizzare quanto richiesto. Senza questi dati non possiamo risponderti.
- Newsletter: nome, email e lingua preferita. Ti scriviamo solo se ti iscrivi, e puoi cancellarti in qualsiasi momento dal link in fondo a ogni email.
- Provenienza della visita: se arrivi da un link di una nostra campagna, il sito registra per 30 giorni da quale campagna provieni e lo allega alla tua richiesta. Ci serve per capire da quale campagna arrivano le richieste.
- Contatti diretti via email, telefono o WhatsApp: usiamo i dati che ci invii solo per risponderti.
Trattiamo questi dati per dare seguito alle tue richieste, per obblighi di legge (per esempio fiscali), sulla base del tuo consenso (newsletter, statistiche e cookie di marketing) o del nostro legittimo interesse (sicurezza del sito e valutazione delle campagne). Non vendiamo i tuoi dati a nessuno.

Chi può vedere i dati
I dati restano a Il Grumolo e ai collaboratori che organizzano le esperienze. Li affidiamo anche ad alcuni fornitori tecnici (hosting, email, Meta e Google per il Pixel, le statistiche e la protezione antispam dei moduli), alcuni dei quali possono trasferirli negli Stati Uniti con le garanzie previste dal GDPR.
Per quanto tempo li teniamo
Conserviamo le richieste per 12 mesi, i dati delle prenotazioni per i 10 anni previsti dalle norme fiscali e l'iscrizione alla newsletter finché non ti cancelli.

This page briefly explains how we handle the personal data collected on ilgrumolo.it, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Who we are

What data we collect and why
- Contact, booking and product request forms: name, email, message and, for experiences, preferred date and number of participants. We use them only to reply to you and arrange what you asked for. Without this data we cannot reply.
- Newsletter: name, email and preferred language. We only write to you if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of every email.
- Where your visit comes from: if you arrive through a link from one of our campaigns, the site records for 30 days which campaign you came from and attaches it to your request. This helps us understand which campaigns bring in requests.
- Direct contact by email, phone or WhatsApp: we use the data you send us only to reply to you.
We process this data to handle your requests, to meet legal obligations (for example tax rules), on the basis of your consent (newsletter, analytics and marketing cookies) or of our legitimate interest (site security and campaign evaluation). We never sell your data.
Cookies
The site uses technical cookies, needed for it to work, and third-party cookies such as Google Analytics, which shows us in aggregate how the site is used, and Meta Pixel, which measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads. Who can see the data
The data stays with Il Grumolo and the people who run our experiences. We also rely on some technical providers (hosting, email, Meta and Google for the Pixel, analytics and form spam protection), some of whom may transfer data to the United States with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for 12 months, booking data for the 10 years required by Italian tax law, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or transfer your data, to restrict its use, to object to its processing or to withdraw your consent. Write to info@ilgrumolo.it. If you believe your data is being handled incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
