Perfect Days

Some time ago I saw the new movie Wim Wenders, Perfect Days.
The protagonist is a professional cleaning of the bathrooms of Tokyo, transmit, even with its silence, an immense sense of gratitude towards life. Every morning you wake up smiling to the sky, thankful for a new day, she works with dedication, commitment and care, he loves his routine of simplicity and has a number of hobbies that make his life full: reads, listens to music, collects seedlings in the park of Tokyo, every morning, in the water, with love, and takes analogue photographs. If most of the people do not find the meaning of his own life and is lost in a world of blinding that, such as the sculptures by Jeff Koons, glitter, falsehood and experiences empty, he instead understood it: the meaning of life is to find happiness in the little things.

Was looking at Perfect Days that I started thinking about activities to share with those who would have decided to come and visit me at Heart.

Finally, the - new site is ready and opens the doors of the Heart to new perspectives ushering in a season of experiences, activities and workshops in nature.
I would like to create a place where people can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of their lives and open ourselves to the natural world of simplicity, peace, and care, for themselves and for others.
We will propose a calendar of outdoor activities dedicated to well-being: pilates and yoga at sunset; the discovery of the natural world: experiences with the bees, a collection of flowers and floral arrangements; the pleasure of food: tasting of honey, and olive oil.
I hope that this project will gather families with children, engaged couples, groups of friends, of many ages and backgrounds, all gathered together and united by the intention of alienating from the “world” to start to give value to the present, to our actions and focus on the here and now.

“KOMOREBI” is the japanese word for light and the shadows created by the leaves that sway in the wind. There is only one time, in that moment.
