Summer is slowly changing its rhythm. The days become softer, the evenings longer, and the Tuscan countryside begins to take on its warmest, golden colours.<\/p>\n

It is the perfect time to return to Il Grumolo and experience nature in a different way: through bees and honey, sunset yoga, flowers, clay and convivial moments around the table.<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Honey Harvest: From Honeycomb to Jar<\/h2>\n

10:00 AM \u00b7 \u20ac120 per person<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step into the fascinating world of bees and discover one of the most special moments of the beekeeping season.<\/p>\n

Together with our beekeeper, you will visit the apiary, learn about the extraordinary world of bees and take part in the honey extraction process<\/strong>, following the journey from honeycomb to jar.<\/p>\n

Each participant will also have the opportunity to create and take home their own personalized jar of honey.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We will end the experience with a tasting of our honey paired with local bread and cheeses.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Sunset Yoga & Vegetarian Aperitivo<\/h2>\n

As the sun sets among the olive trees, we invite you to slow down and reconnect with yourself.<\/p>\n

An all-levels yoga practice<\/strong>combining meditation, mindful movement and breath awareness, designed to cultivate a deeper connection with your body and the present moment.<\/p>\n

A chance to step away from the rush of everyday life, embrace stillness and enjoy a moment of wellbeing surrounded by the Tuscan countryside.<\/p>\n

After the practice, we will gather for a vegetarian aperitivo prepared with seasonal produce from our farm.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A simple and beautiful way to end the day \u2014 surrounded by nature, movement and good company.<\/p>\n

September 6\nBotanical Ceramics & Picnic Under the Stars<\/h2>\n

Ceramica botanica & picnic sotto le stelle<\/h2>\n

7:30 PM \u00b7 \u20ac120 per person<\/strong><\/p>\n

An evening where creativity meets nature.<\/p>\n

We will begin with a walk through the fields of Il Grumolo, gathering wildflowers and aromatic herbs<\/strong> that will become part of our creation.<\/p>\n

Under the guidance of ceramic artist Cosimo Vella<\/strong>, we will use the elements we have collected to decorate a ceramic piece, creating something unique and personal.<\/p>\n

A slow, hands-on experience designed to reconnect with nature, rediscover the pleasure of making things by hand, and celebrate the beauty of simple gestures.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At the end of the workshop, we will gather for a picnic under the stars,<\/strong>featuring seasonal products and flavours from our farm and the surrounding area.<\/p>\n

Your ceramic piece will be fired in the following days and can either be collected at Il Grumolo or shipped directly to your home.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
