How did Il Grumolo come into being?<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I am Lavinia<\/b> and Grumolo<\/b> it is the house where I was born, now also my farm<\/b>.<\/p>

I've always loved nature. Ever since I was a child, Il Grumolo had a powerful attraction for me, undoubtedly tied to its unique location and the beauty of its surroundings. Growing up, I studied art, and this undoubtedly contributed to deepening my affection for a place where art and nature have interacted for centuries. Even though my life plans have changed, I'm deeply grateful to art and to the paths it has led me down, and agriculture is certainly an example of what I've achieved through studying art.\u00a0<\/p>

La mia tesi magistrale era sull\u2019arte contemporanea indiana e su come questa abbia aiutato a sensibilizzare in merito ai cambiamenti climatici. Approfondire questa tematica mi ha portato a prendere a cuore la environmental cause<\/b> Now, when people ask me what I do, jokingly but not entirely, I reply that \"I try to save the world.\" Not because I'm a mythomaniac, but because I'm convinced that the first step to improving our terrible relationship with nature is realizing that everyone has the power to do so, and this is every individual's responsibility: if they can, they must. The environment requires everyone's commitment; even the quietest choices, those that usually go unnoticed in our daily lives, have meaning, and I would like to work to guide these choices toward the formation of a strong environmental awareness. the first step to improving our terrible relationship with nature is to realize that each person has the power to do so, and this is a responsibility of each individual, and if it can, should<\/b>. The environment needs the commitment of all, our choices silent, the ones that usually go unnoticed in our daily lives, have meaning, and I would like to work to drive these choices towards the formation of a strong environmental consciousness.<\/p>


This is where Il Grumolo was born, and with it my desire to make it a place where people come to learn, to encounter different perspectives, and to embrace more sustainable lives and ways of life: and when I speak of sustainability, I mean the environment, rights, social issues, culture, and education.\u00a0
The idea is to offer quality products, to hold educational workshops, tastings, and lessons, and to engage people from challenging backgrounds with the aim of social reintegration.
My goal is to transform everyday actions into something positive and meaningful, to empower our daily lives to contribute to the creation of a better future.<\/p>
